Flexible landfill is a landfill disposal facility that uses double artificial composite liners as impermeable layers. The flexible landfill area of this project is located in the southern part of the site, with a 13-layer anti-seepage structure on the ground floor and a 5-layer anti-seepage structure on the slope. It is equipped with temporary covering membrane, groundwater and leachate reverse drainage system, membrane water collection system and other facilities, and plans a flexible total storage capacity of 5.94 million m3.
